Vehicle pricing

Vehicle prices displayed on this website are advertised cash prices for the identified vehicle and are subject to prior sale, correction of typographical or data-entry errors, and confirmation by the dealership.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, advertised prices exclude applicable sales tax, title fees, registration and license fees, government-imposed fees, the dealership documentary fee, transportation or delivery charges requested by the customer, and optional products or services voluntarily selected by the customer.

Car Place Dallas intends to make each advertised vehicle available for purchase at its advertised price, excluding only the charges described above and any other negotiated items voluntarily agreed to by the customer.

Optional products and services

Car Place Dallas may offer optional products and services in connection with a vehicle purchase or financing transaction. These may include, without limitation, service contracts, limited warranties, maintenance plans, appearance-protection products, theft-deterrent products, key replacement, tire-and-wheel coverage, paintless dent repair, windshield protection, GAP or debt-cancellation products, roadside assistance, and bundled protection packages.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, these products and services:

1. are optional;
2. are not included in the advertised vehicle price;
3. are not required to purchase the vehicle;
4. are not required to obtain financing;
5. may be accepted or declined by the customer; and
6. will be charged only if selected by the customer and reflected in the final transaction documents.

The availability, price, eligibility requirements, terms, exclusions, cancellation rights, and refund provisions of each optional product are governed by the applicable product agreement and may vary by vehicle, provider, lender, customer eligibility, and transaction.

Negotiated transactions

Vehicle sales are negotiated transactions. A customer may negotiate the vehicle price, trade allowance, financing terms, optional products, delivery arrangements, and other transaction terms.

Optional products voluntarily selected by the customer may increase the final transaction price or amount financed. A higher final transaction price does not mean that the optional product was mandatory, provided the customer voluntarily selected the product and the final documents accurately reflect the agreed transaction.

Financing disclosure

Financing is subject to credit approval and lender terms. Car Place Dallas does not guarantee approval, interest rates, monthly payments, loan terms, or down-payment requirements.

Optional products are not required to apply for financing or to obtain financing through Car Place Dallas unless a specific lawful lender requirement is separately disclosed in writing. Purchasing an optional product may increase the amount financed, finance charge, total of payments, and monthly payment.

Product cancellation and refunds

Cancellation rights vary by product and are controlled by the applicable product agreement and Texas law. Some products may be noncancelable after installation, activation, use, claim submission, or expiration of a cancellation period. Other products may provide for a full or prorated refund, less lawful fees or claims paid.

Customers seeking cancellation must follow the procedure stated in the applicable product agreement. When a financed optional product is canceled, any refund may be sent to the lender and applied to the outstanding loan balance rather than paid directly to the customer. Such a credit generally does not automatically reduce the scheduled monthly payment unless the lender agrees otherwise.

No reliance on website summaries

Website descriptions of optional products are summaries only and do not modify, expand, or replace the applicable product contract. Customers should review the complete product agreement before purchase. If there is a conflict between a website description and the signed product agreement, the signed product agreement controls to the extent permitted by law.

Errors and corrections

Car Place Dallas makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate pricing and vehicle information. However, website data may contain typographical, photographic, technical, or third-party data errors. The dealership reserves the right to correct an inadvertent error before completing a transaction.

This provision does not authorize the dealership to refuse to honor an accurate advertised price or to add undisclosed mandatory charges. Any corrected price or term will be disclosed before the customer signs binding transaction documents.
